Seasonal Rentals in Megève: Chalets and Apartments by the Season

Winter is let in two formats. The full season (grande saison) normally starts on the Monday of the week before Christmas, and the short season (petite saison) on the first Monday after New Year’s Day. Both end in March. Exact dates depend on each owner, and we confirm them on request.

Yes, for homes whose owners allow it. The summer season runs from the last week of June to the first week of September. Contact us to find out which homes are available.

Yes. Homes that have not been let for the season by the end of November switch to short-term rental and are then available by the week. Contact us to check availability.

The price for the season is shown on each listing. As a guide, the average price for a season across the homes we manage is around €10,000 for a one-bedroom apartment, €16,400 for two bedrooms, €26,000 for three bedrooms, €39,700 for four bedrooms or more, and €51,400 for a chalet. The price depends on location, size and the season format you choose.

Everything is included, as with a holiday rental: utilities and our agency fees are part of the price, so there are no energy bills to pay on top. Cleaning is included too; we agree the cleaning dates with you once your booking is confirmed. The only extra is the taxe de séjour (the local tourist tax), which is always charged separately.

Most of our homes are in Megève, in the village centre or in the Rochebrune, Jaillet and Mont d’Arbois areas. We also rent chalets and apartments in Combloux, Demi-Quartier, Praz-sur-Arly and Cordon.
