About this Property
On route du Grand Bois in Demi-Quartier, Appt Princesse is ski-in, ski-out on the Princesse slopes and a few metres from the Piou-Piou ski club — the address families with young children look for.
This 65 m² duplex has a genuine little-chalet feel. Upstairs: a double bedroom, a twin room with balcony access, and a bathroom with WC. On the garden level: a fitted kitchen opening onto the dining room and sitting room, with access to the south-facing terrace, plus an entrance with dressing room and guest WC.
Practically, it has everything that is usually missing in a resort flat: a garage, two outdoor parking spaces, and a large laundry room fitted with a boot dryer.
What we love: the south-facing terrace and that distinctive little-chalet atmosphere.
