EnglishCombloux is a mountain village in the Mont-Blanc region, minutes from Megève, facing the range head-on. The commune belongs to the Portes du Mont-Blanc ski area and, beyond it, to Évasion Mont-Blanc.Ascent Megève manages seven properties here, almost all of them chalets: five chalets, a villa and one apartment, with three to four bedrooms and two to four bathrooms. It is our best-stocked commune after Megève, and the one with the largest spaces.Our Combloux properties are let by the season, in winter and in summer. Rates run from €25,000 to €120,000 for a full season, with a median around €28,300. The price for each property is shown on its own listing. If a property has no seasonal tenant by the end of November, it is offered by the week.
