Sleeping up to 12 guests, the chalet offers 5 double bedrooms (one with bunk beds, ideal for children), 4 bathrooms and 4 separate WCs. The spacious open-plan living and dining room, a dedicated children's games room, a gym and a separate TV lounge give everyone their own space — perfect for a family or group getaway that balances togetherness with quiet time.

Outside, enjoy two terraces (a 90 m² terrace plus a 19 m² balcony), a 344 m² garden, a sun-lounging area, a pétanque court and an outdoor Aquadream jacuzzi to unwind after a day on the slopes.

The fully equipped open kitchen (electric oven, 5-zone induction hob, dishwasher, food processor, air fryer, juicer and more) is a treat for lovers of Savoyard specialities: two raclette sets, two fondue sets and two waffle makers are provided for memorable meals together.

The chalet includes 3 parking spaces, including one closed garage with remote access, plus private ski and bike storage. A shuttle service provides easy access to the slopes nearby.
