When should I book my seasonal stay in Megève?
For high-demand periods (Christmas holidays, February), we recommend booking as early as possible. For other periods, contact us to check current availability.
Do you have chalets for groups or large families?
Yes, our selection ranges from cozy studios for two to multi-bedroom chalets for groups or large families.
Do you only manage luxury properties?
We’re known for our high-end chalets and apartments, but we also work with owners of more modest properties in Megève. Whether seasonal (1 to 4 months) or short-term with Ascent Megève, or long-term with our sister company Care Concierge, we have a solution suited to your property.
Can I stay involved in managing my property, and how do you maximize my bookings?
Of course — if you’d like to keep an active role, we can share responsibilities with you rather than handling everything alone. We also use professional distribution tools to keep your property visible across the leading booking platforms.
What types of contracts do you offer, and can I get accounting support?
We offer either a standard property management contract or a ‘para-hôtelier’ agreement — a specific French status for furnished rentals with hotel-style services, governed by its own tax framework. Our partner accountants help you choose the right option and manage your rental income declarations.
