Our chalets are let for a full season, winter (December to March) or summer, depending on the owner. Homes not let for the season by the end of November are then rented by the week.

The season calendar 2026–2027
- Full season: from Monday 21 December 2026, until March.
- Short season: from Monday 4 January 2027, until March.
- By the week: properties still free at the end of November are then let by the week.
- Summer: from the last week of June to the first week of September, where the owner agrees.
Exact dates depend on each owner: we confirm them on request.

Megève is not the only address. Four neighbouring communes reach the same ski basin, often with more space for the same budget.
Passes are bought directly from the ski areas. We do not resell them, but we will tell you which one covers your commune.
How a season-long rental works
December to March
The season in most demand. The best chalets are often re-let from one year to the next, so it pays to move in the previous spring or summer.
Late June to early September
For homes whose owners allow it. Hiking, mountain biking, golf and festivals. Demand is less tight than in winter and the terms differ noticeably.
A seasonal lease
A contract signed with the owner, an inventory on arrival and on departure, and our team reachable for the whole season.

How much does a season-long chalet rental in Megève cost?
A full season costs around €51,400 on average across the chalets we manage (around €60,000 in the commune of Megève alone). The figure depends on size, location and standard. The season price is shown on every listing.
What does renting by the season mean?
You have the chalet for the whole season — winter, December to March, or summer for some homes — rather than for a week. Exact dates depend on each owner. It is the arrangement chosen by families who come back every year, by people working remotely, and by anyone who wants a fixed base in the valley.
Can we rent for a single week?
Yes, from December: homes that have not been let for the season by the end of November switch to weekly rentals. One- or two-month stays are also possible on request. Write to us with your dates.
Which ski areas do your chalets sit on?
Megève, Demi-Quartier and Combloux are on Évasion Mont-Blanc, a 400 km area linked to Saint-Gervais, Saint-Nicolas-de-Véroce, La Giettaz and Les Contamines. Combloux and Cordon are also part of Portes du Mont-Blanc. Praz-sur-Arly opens onto the Espace Diamant. The pass purchase links are further up this page.
How far ahead should we book?
For winter, most chalets are placed between the previous spring and autumn, and the largest go first. For summer, a few months ahead is usually enough.
