Set in a rural pocket at the foot of the Rochebrune slopes, this chalet offers direct piste access in winter and a lovely garden in summer. The living room, with its adjoining equipped kitchen, brings together a dining corner and a lounge corner with fireplace opening onto a south-west-facing balcony/terrace with mountain views; a bedroom with 2 single beds and a full en-suite bathroom completes this level, alongside an entrance with storage.

Stairs lead to the first floor: two bedrooms each with two sleeping spaces, a shower room with toilet, a bathroom with toilet, and a small attic nook with an extra bed. On level -2, reached by lift, a multi-car garage and a ski room; on level -1, a laundry room and storage.

What stands out here: the location, the beautiful view over the surrounding mountains, ski-in convenience, and how close the centre is via the ski-bus. Winter access is via the private underground car park of the Rochebrune cable car. Price excludes running charges.
