About this Property
In a quiet residence at Le Jaillet with a lovely view over the village, a few minutes' walk from the church square and the Chamois gondola, Appt Fleur des Alpes is offered as two units.
The first, on the first floor, is a two-bedroom, 66 sqm apartment: an entrance, a hallway with wardrobe, a guest toilet, two bathrooms (one with toilet, the other with washing machine), a double bedroom (140cm bed), a twin bedroom, and a living room with kitchen corner opening onto a corner balcony.
A second unit, on the lower level with light wells, can be rented in addition: 37 sqm built around a large room with lounge corner, a double bed (180cm) and bunk beds, plus a bathroom with toilet.
One covered parking space and a ski locker complete this offer. Our favourite feature: the ideal location of this rental, along with the second unit, perfect for teenagers or companions.
