About this Property
On route du Palais des Sports, on the first floor of a small residence, Appt Grison faces the Megève Palais des Sports: the ice rink, pool, indoor tennis courts and auditorium are all a walk across the road.
Its 70 m² are organised around a large double master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. A second bedroom with two single beds is served by a shower room and separate WC — two bathrooms for four people, which changes everything over a season. The entrance with cloakroom opens onto a separate fitted kitchen and a sitting-dining room extending onto a small south-facing balcony.
One parking space and a ski cellar are included.
This is the apartment for families who want the children occupied even on days off the slopes, without getting back in the car.
What we love: the large master bedroom, and the Palais des Sports directly opposite.
