About this Property
On the first and second floors of a traditional timber chalet in the Rochebrune area, Chalet La Butte offers about 160 m² of bright, very quiet space with an unobstructed panoramic view of Mont Charvin. A balcony, terrace and garden access extend the living areas.
The home works like two apartments in one, one on each floor, each with its own kitchen and living room, plus two large mezzanines: ideal for a family, with the children or teenagers having their own space upstairs, or for two couples of friends. Four bedrooms (two queen beds of 160 × 200, a 120 cm bed for one adult or a child with a shower in the room, and a room with two 90 cm single beds), two bathrooms and two separate toilets sleep up to seven. The kitchens, bedding, sofas and television are all new.
Each of the two apartments can also be rented on its own, with its own bathroom, its own kitchen and the option of a separate entrance: the first floor sleeps up to three and the smaller second floor up to four. Rates on request: contact our team.
The main kitchen is fully equipped: gas hob, oven, microwave, fridge, separate freezer, dishwasher, Nespresso machine, kettle, toaster, food processor and extractor hood, with a raclette machine, fondue set and waffle maker. The second, smaller kitchen is also fully equipped. For comfort: washing machine, drying rack, iron and ironing board, connected 4K TV, fibre-optic internet, a dedicated workspace suited to video calls and a smoke detector.
Two outdoor parking spaces come with the apartment, and shared ski lockers are in the entrance. The shuttle stop is at the end of the cul-de-sac (every 20 minutes, 8:30 am to 7 pm, under 5 minutes on foot): the slopes are 1.5 km away and the centre of Megève 2 km.
Welcome and departure service, household linen, WiFi and running costs are included in the price. Pets not allowed; smoking on the outdoor terrace only.
The apartment is let on a seasonal basis; exact dates are confirmed by our team on request.
What we love: the calm, the light and the open view of Mont Charvin, with the shuttle to the slopes and the village in under 10 minutes.
