Beside the Le Jaillet pistes, on route du Coin, this 600 m² chalet sleeps thirteen across six bedrooms. Its position is what sets it apart: you step into your skis at the chalet and ski back to it at the end of the day.

The kitchen, open to the living room, has a five-ring gas hob, two large ovens one above the other, a dishwasher, a fridge and a separate freezer, along with a kettle, toaster, blender, waffle iron and both raclette and fondue sets. The dining room runs on from it and the sitting room seats ten. A games room completes the shared spaces, and there are two televisions.

All six bedrooms open onto a balcony or outdoor access and have storage. Three have a 180 × 200 cm king bed and three a 140 × 190 cm double; the fifth bedroom has a third bed that pulls out from beneath one of the others, taking the chalet to thirteen. Four bedrooms have their own en-suite bathroom.

Six bathrooms serve the chalet, one of them with a bathtub and twin basins. All have a heated towel rail and three have a hairdryer. A separate WC completes the arrangement.

Heating combines electric radiators with underfloor heating, adjustable room by room, and hot water comes from two boilers. A utility room holds the washing machine, tumble dryer, drying rack, iron and ironing board.

Outside, some 200 m² of garden, terrace, courtyard and balconies hold a barbecue, a full set of garden furniture and children's play equipment. The chalet has four parking spaces, two of them in a closed garage, and a ski room in the basement reached directly from the garage.

The centre of Megève is under a kilometre away. The chalet has an alarm, a smoke detector and a fire extinguisher. Monthly lets are possible in low season. Non-smoking, no pets, no parties or events.
