Upstairs: two double bedrooms (160x200cm beds) opening onto a balcony with wardrobes — one with an en-suite shower room, the other with a desk — plus a triple bedroom (3 beds of 90x190cm) with storage, a bathroom shared between the two bedrooms, a separate toilet and a mezzanine area with table and chairs. In the basement, reached via an interior staircase: a garage, boiler room and laundry room.
