The entrance, with ski cloakroom and several wardrobes, leads to a living area opening onto a corner balcony facing east-south: a lounge with TV, dining table and equipped American-style kitchen. A double bedroom (160cm bed) has an en-suite bathroom, a second double bedroom (140cm bed) an en-suite shower room, plus a guest toilet.

On the garden level: a third double bedroom (160cm bed) with en-suite shower room and utility closet, and a toilet. One heated outdoor parking space completes the offer.
